Where we ship. Canada and the United States.
How long it takes. Express is 5–7 business days and Standard is 8–14 business days. Both are free. In calendar terms that is roughly one to three weeks. Items are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses overseas, so an order containing more than one item — the shed kit, for example — may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
US import duty. The United States has ended its duty-free allowance on low-value imports. Parcels entering the US may therefore be charged import duty by the carrier before delivery. That charge is set by US customs, not by Pawsly, and it is not included in the price you pay at checkout. We do not collect duty on the store and we cannot pay it on your behalf.
Tracking. You will get a tracking number by email once the parcel is dispatched. If your order ships in more than one parcel you will get a number for each.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it — in most cases with nothing to ship back. Please don't send anything back before contacting us. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
